Tear Cap Workshops

Needle felting is a time-honored fiber art that has gained popularity for its adaptability to animal, plant and human forms.  In this class, you will learn how to create an elephant by preparing the felt, using needles to form and compress, and adding special touches.  Ruth Boisvert is a gallery-level felting artist whose work can be viewed at 302 Gallery. All supplies will be provided, and students will take home tools and have opportunity to purchase more at class.
