Build a Greenland Kayak Start to Finish

This 7-session course teaches students how to build an authentic Greenland Kayak. Students will work in pairs to frame, cover and complete their very own Greenland Kayak. These kayaks are light weight and durable. Learn how to bend wood, peg and lash--techniques that require no hardware. This is a unique opportunity to learn a time-honored craft from an expert. Tuition is half the going rate thanks to a generous grant from The Davis Family Foundation.
